Hall of Fame
Hiffa competed for three seasons at Oneonta after transferring from RIT. During his career, he was a three-time NCAA qualifier and two-time All-American (Heavyweight). He won 103 matches during his three-year career at Oneonta and 140 overall including his one year at RIT. Overall, he was a four-time All-State and two-time ECWC Champion.
Hiffa graduated with a degree in Physics while also majoring in Mathematics. He received an MBA in Organizational Development from Wilkes University in 2010 where he also served as a graduate assistant wrestling coach.
Hiffa began his professional career in industrial automation in 2011 at Axis New York before moving on to Cognex where he has been since 2013. Cognex is the world leader in machine vision and, after serving as a Sales Engineer and District Sales Manager, Hiffa has been promoted twice to where he now manages the eastern region of the United States.
