Hall of Fame
Heap is another in the long line of outstanding soccer players during the late 70's and early 80's. He was a member of the men's soccer team from 1977 to 1980 and, during that time, he helped lead his teams to four ECAC Div. I Northeast tournament appearances including two titles in 1977 and 1980. During his career Heap was an All-American, All-State and All-Conference player and finished his career with 14 goals and six assists. As a senior he led the team in scoring with a career-high eight goals and 17 points.
Heap was drafted by the Calgary Boomers of the NASL and played two seasons for them before the team folded.
Currently he is the Regional Sales Director for Reckitt Benckiser a world leader in household cleaning, pharmaceutical and health & beauty consumer package items.
