Hall of Fame
Fleming was a standout athlete in the sport of basketball from 1985-89. During his playing days the team appeared in two SUNYAC tournaments and one ECAC tournament.
Fleming was a top-notch scorer who could light it up with the best in the region. He still is the program’s all-time leading scorer with 1,423 points. His postseason accolades included three times being an All-SUNYAC selection and two times being selected to the All-New York State Team. He was also selected as the Oneonta State Male Athlete of the Year at the conclusion of his senior year.
Fleming has used his degree from Oneonta to excel in upper management positions, most recently at Pepsi where he was the recipient of the Role Model Award for exceptional work ethic three straight years. He currently is working as a realtor for McCaffrey Realty Professionals.
