Hall of Fame
Jack Callaci of Cranston, R.I. is considered to be Oneonta's most outstanding cross country and track runner, who from 1974 to 1978 helped elevate the men's cross country and track and field programs to respectability within the SUNYAC and the nation.
By his sophomore year he emerged as the team's #1 runner on the cross country team and accomplished a feat that no other runner has since him, that of competing in the cross country nationals twice. On the track, his greatest accomplishment came as a senior when he was crowned the 10K champion at the SUNYAC Championship meet.
