Mary Kate Bida transferred to Oneonta and competed from 2013-16 as a member of the cross country and track & field teams.
 
The crowning achievement for Bida in cross country was earning All-American honors after finishing 23^rd at the NCAA Division III cross country championships in 2015.  Bida was a two-time SUNYAC All-Conference and NCAA Atlantic Region performer.  At the 2015 regional championship meet, she placed fourth overall, which is the second best finish in program history.  Bida was a member of three teams that qualified for the NCAA championship meet.  Her 6K time of 21:39 is the sixth fastest all-time for the women.
 
In track & field, Bida was a qualifier for both the NCAA indoor and outdoor national championship meets in 2016.  That same year, she captured the SUNYAC outdoor title in the 5K and was a USTFCCCA All-Region performer.  Bida twice earned SUNYAC All-Conference honors and is the program record holder for the outdoor 5K with a time of 16:51.02.
