ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Oneonta women's volleyball team has announced its 2026 schedule, featuring 16 regular-season matches in Dewar Arena, four non-conference tournaments, and an eight-match SUNYAC slate.
The Red Dragons open the season at home on Tuesday, Sept. 1, welcoming Skidmore to Dewar Arena for Welcome Back Night before hosting the annual Red Dragon Invitational on Sept. 4-5. Oneonta will face Utica and Wheaton during the tournament, while Montclair, Rochester, and Paul Smith's round out the six-team field competing throughout the weekend.
Oneonta remains at home on Sept. 9 to host Marywood on Community Night before traveling to the Crosstown Challenge on Sept. 11-12. The Red Dragons will take on Russell Sage, Alfred, and Union during the weekend tournament before making a midweek trip to SUNY Poly on Sept. 16.
The final non-conference tournament of the regular season takes place Sept. 18-19 at the Stevens Quad in Hoboken, New Jersey, where Oneonta will face Stevens, Springfield, and William Paterson. The Red Dragons conclude non-conference play on Sept. 25 with the annual Battle of the Hills matchup against Hartwick.
Conference play begins in October with a home match against Potsdam on Oct. 9 during the program's Red Match. Following a road contest at Delhi on Oct. 14 and a trip to Plattsburgh on Oct. 17, Oneonta returns to Dewar Arena to host Morrisville on Oct. 23 for the Morgan's Message Game before welcoming Oswego on Oct. 24 for the One Love Game.
The Red Dragons close the regular season with road matches at Buffalo State (Oct. 30), Fredonia (Oct. 31), and SUNY Canton (Nov. 4) before returning home to host Cobleskill on Nov. 7 in the regular-season finale.
The 2026 SUNYAC Tournament is scheduled to begin with first-round matches on Nov. 10, followed by the semifinals on Nov. 13 and the championship match on Nov. 14.
