Slater Grabs Second SUNYAC Field Athlete of the Week Honors

ONEONTA, N.Y. - For the second time this winter season, junior Isaiah Slater (Brooklyn, NY/John F. Kennedy) is the SUNYAC Men's Field Athlete of the Week for January 20. Slater won the long jump at the Ithaca Quad Meet this past Saturday.

Slater jumped a personal record of 7.24 meters. The mark is second best in program history and currently ranks fifth in Division III. Slater also placed 18th in the 200-meter dash with a personal best of 23.65.

Oneonta next competes at the RIT Invitational on Friday, January 23, at 4 p.m.
