Morgan Fleming (Harpursville, N.Y./Harpursville) was named the SUNYAC field hockey offensive athlete of the week for the second time this season, as announced by the conference Monday afternoon.
Fleming finished the week with six points, recording two goals and two assists in the Red Dragons 1-1 week. Down two goals to Oswego State, she scored twice to tie the game then assisted on the game-winning goal for the 3-2 win over the Lakers. In a tough match at Stockton, she tallied one assist. Fleming currently leads the conference in points (35) and co-leads in goals scored (14).
Oneonta (7-9, 2-3 SUNYAC) play their conference finale at New Paltz on Wednesday at 4 pm.
