Kingsbury will enter her 19th season as head coach of the SUNY Oneonta field hockey program in 2026. She graduated in May of 2005 with a Bachelor's Degree in accounting from Hartwick and stepped into her first head coaching position at the collegiate level when she took over the reins of the Red Dragons in 2008.
The 2025 season saw the Red Dragons finish 9-8 overall with a SUNYAC Tournament appearance for the third consecutive season. Three Oneonta players were named All-SUNYAC with Alexandra Howell earning NFHCA All-Region honors.
After a stellar four-year playing career with Hartwick, Kingsbury spent three seasons coaching with veteran Hawks head coach, Anna Meyer. She also trained at an Elite Performance Training Center for the US Field Hockey National Team in 2005 & 2006.

Kingsbury played high school field hockey at Sherburne-Earlville before playing collegiately with the Hawks from 2001-2004. She led the team to the Empire 8 championship and an NCAA tournament berth as a senior in 2004. During her final season the squad compiled a 16-3 record and Kingsbury was selected as a First Team National All-American in addition to being the Empire 8 and ECAC Div. III Player of the Year.

Kingsbury graduated as Hartwick’s all-time leading scorer with 164 points. She is first in career goals with 68 and is third all-time with 28 assists. During her final three years she led the Empire 8 in scoring while garnering All-Conference honors.

Kingsbury is involved in the USA Field Hockey Futures program in New York and has her Level II USA Field Hockey Coaching Certification.

Kingsbury currently resides in Franklin with her husband, Jason, and triplets, Shannon, Jacob and Logan.
