Finished 13th in the long jump (5.29 meters)... All-SUNYAC Second Team in the 100-hurdles at 14.37... All-SUNYAC Third Team in the long jump at 5.53 meters... Fifth in the 100-meter (12.77)... Helped 4x100 place fourth at 50.52... Won the 100-hurdles at three meets.

2023-24 (Indoor): Competed in ten meets... NCAA Division III All-American First Team in the 60-hurdles after placing seventh (8.70)... Placed fourth in the 60-hurdles at the AARTFC Championships at 8.90... All-SUNYAC Second Team in 60-hurdles at 8.71... Placed fourth in the 60-meter at the SUNYAC Championships at 7.98.

2023 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets... All-SUNYAC Third Team in the 100-hurdles at 15.00... Ran a personal best of 14.78 in the prelims... Helped the 4x100 place fifth at 50.36... Personal best of 5.38 meters in the long jump to finsish sixth overall... Placed tenth in the 100-hurdles at the AARTFC Championships with a time of 15.07... 4x100 took 18th at 50.48 and was 23rd in the long jump at 5.02 meters... Placed second in the long jump (4.89 meters) at the Cortland Qualifier (4/30)...Helped the 4x100 relay win at the Hamilton Invitational with a time of 51.22... Placed second in the 100-hurdles at 15.32.

2022-23 (Indoor): Competed in nine meets... All-SUNYAC Third Team in the 60-hurdles at 9.07... Personal best of 9.05 in the prelims... Finished eighth in the 60-hurdles at the AARTFC Championships with a time of 9.10... Second in the 60-hurdles (9.41) at the Marc Deneault Invitational (2/18)... Second at the Bomber Invitational (2/5) at 9.22... Won the 60-hurdles at the Utica Winter Opener (1/14) at 9.28.

2022 (Outdoor): Competed in six meets... All-SUNYAC Third Team in the 100-hurdles with a time of 15.45... Helped 4x100 relay place fourth at 51.51... Placed tenth at the AARTFC Championships in the 100-hurdles with a time of 15.08... Won the prelims of the 100-hurdles at the Utica Pioneer Spring Invite (4/9) at 13.10 and placed second in the finals... Helped the 4x100 relay place second at 52.25... Won the 100-hurldes (15.77) at the Hamilton Invitational (4/2)

2021-22 (Indoor): Competed in nine meets... All-SUNYAC Third Team in the 60-hurdles at 9.41... 11th at the AARTFC Championships with a time of 9.40...Placed third in the 60-hurdles (9.24) at the Valentine Invitational (2/12)... Won the prelims and finals in the 60-hurdles at the Utica Pioneer Invite with a time of 9.26... Second at the Utica Blue & Orange (1/29) at 9.42... Won the hurdles at the Hamilton Invitational (1/21) with a time of 9.50... Took second at the Ithaca Quad Meet (1/14) at 9.60.
