2023 (Outdoor): Competed in five meets... All-SUNYAC Third Team in the 10k at 37:46.22... Placed fourth in the 10,000-meter (37:22.76) at the AARTFC Championships... Personal best of 36:34.16 set at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14)... Won the 5k (18:27.77) at the Hamilton Invitational (4/1).

2022 (Outdoor): Competed in five meets... SUNYAC champion in the 10,000-meter with a time of 38:01.80... Fourth in the 5k at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30) at 18:55.41... Finished second in the 10k (38:51.55 at the Cortland Classic (4/22)... Won the 5k (18:49.85 at the Hamilton Invitational (4/2).
