2024 (Outdoor): Competed in ten meets... Placed 13th in the shot put (13.76 meters) at the NCAA Division III Championships to earn All-American Second Team honors... Fourth in the shot put at the AARTFC Championships at 13.37 meters... Sixth in the hammer throw (49.50 meters)... SUNYAC Champion in the shot put at 13.67 meters... Fourth in the hammer (48.91 meters) at the SUNYAC Championships... Won the shot put at the Cortland Red Dragon Open at 13.09 meters... First in the hammer throw (48.20 meters) at the Hamilton College Invitational. 

2023-24 (Indoor): Competed in 11 meets... Placed 16th in the shot put (13.16 meters) at the NCAA Division III Championships to earn All-American Second Team honors... Second in the shot put (13.28 meters) at the AARTFC Championships... 12th in the weight throw (14.76 meters)... All-SUNYAC Second Team in shot put (13.08 meters)... All-SUNYAC Third Team in weight throw (15.89 meters)... Won the shot put (13.78 meters) and the weight throw (15.05 meters) at the CNY Valentine Alternative... Won the shot put at four meets. 

2023 (Outdoor): Competed in ten meets... NCAA Division III Track & Field Championships qualifier in the shot put... Finished 21st at 12.54 meters... All-SUNYAC First Team in the shot put at 13.32 meters... Second at the AARTFC Championships to go all-region at 13.48 meters... Second in the shot at the Cortland Qualifier (4/30) at 13.01 meters... Personal best in the hammer throw set at the Cortland Classic (4/22) with 47.93 meters... Won the shot put at the Red Dragon Open (4/8) and Hamilton Invitational (4/1)

2022-23 (Indoor): Competed in ten meets... NCAA Division III Track & Field Championships qualifier in the shot put... Placed 14th at 13.16 meters... All-SUNYAC Third Team in shot put... AARTFC All-Region in shot put.... Placed fourth in the weight throw at the SUNYAC Championships with a personal best of 15.16 meters... Won the shot put at the Marc Deneault Invitational (2/18)... Personal best and school record of 13.63 meters at the RIT Invitational (2/10) to finish second... Won the shot put at the Bomber Invititational (2/5), the Ithaca Quad Meet (1/21), and the Utica Winter Open (1/14).

2022 (Outdoor): Competed in six meets... All-SUNYAC Second Team in the shot put at 12.64 meters... Placed eighth in the discus (32.06) and the hammer throw (40.85) at the SUNYAC Championships... Fifth in the shot put (12.49 meters) at the AARTFC Championships...First in the shot at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30) and the Cortland Classic (4/23)

2021-22 (Indoor): Competed in nine meets... All-SUNYAC Second Team in the shot put at 12.88 meters... Seventh at the SUNYAC Championships in the weight throw at 13.59 meters... All-Region in the shot put with a throw of 12.57 meters at the AARTFC Championships... Second in the shot put at the Deneault Invitation (2/19), the RIT Invitational (2/11), and the Utica Pioneer Invite (2/5).

2021 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets... All-SUNYAC Second Team in shot put at 12.14 meters... Placed sixth in the hammer throw at the SUNYAC Championships at 41.03 meters and tenth in the javelin (22.09 meters)... Fifth in the shot put at the AARTFC Championships at 12.34 meters...Placed third in shot put (11.57 meters) at the Cortland Qualifier (5/2)... Third at the Cortland Classic (4/25) in shot put (12.33 meters) and fourth in the javelin (25.43 meters).
