2023 (Indoor): Competed in eight meets... All-SUNYAC Third Team in the DMR at 12:56.24... Seventh in the 4x400 relay at the SUNYAC Championships with a 4:27.80... Placed 16th in the mile with a personal best of 5:33.15... Part of the DMR that placed fifth at the AARTFC Championships with a time of 12:37.63... Took fourth in the mile (5:33.74) at the MIT Gordon Kelly Invitational (2/11)... Finished sixth in the 3,000-meter at the Bomber Invitational (2/5) with a personal record of 11:07.50.
