ONEONTA, N.Y. - After a solid performance at the Cortland Red Dragon Open, Oneonta women's track & field sophomore Jaiden Schrag (New Berlin, NY/Unadilla Valley Central) is the SUNYAC Women's Track Athlete of the Week for April 6. Schrag helped the Red Dragons to two first-place relays and won one individual event.
Both relays posted AARTFC qualifying marks, with the 4x100 winning in 48.44 (40th in DIII), while the 4x400 took first in 4:06.36. Schrag also placed second in the 100-hurdles at 15.16 as the top Division III finisher. Schrag won the long jump at 5.48 meters.
Oneonta next splits its travel between the Hamilton Invitational and the Bucknell Outdoor Classic on Saturday, April 11.
