Oneonta to Host Annual Mayor's Cup Soccer Tournament

ONEONTA, N.Y. - The SUNY Oneonta men's and women's soccer teams will host the 2024 Mayor's Cup Tournament from Sept. 7-8 in collaboration with neighboring Hartwick College. Both the men's and women's teams play on Saturday and Sunday, and admission is free for all fans.

Games for the women's tournament, now in its 29th year, will be played at Harwick and Oneonta. And the men's tournament, in its 18th year, will be played at both campuses.

On Saturday, September 7, the Oneonta women's soccer team opens against Marywood at noon, while the men play St. Lawrence afterward at 3:30 p.m. Both games are on SUNY Oneonta's Red Dragon Field.

The action concludes with two more games at Red Dragon Field on Sunday, September 8. The women take on Susquehanna at noon, and the men face Hobart at 3:30 p.m.

Additionally, Hartwick hosts the other games during the same times at Elmore Field. The full schedule can be found below.

Sunday, September 8

3:30 p.m. Oneonta Men vs. Hobart on Red Dragon Field at SUNY Oneonta
3:30 p.m. Hartwick Men vs. St. Lawrence on Elmore Field at Hartwick College

Following the conclusion of Sunday's games, a team champion will be named along with offensive and defensive MVPS and an all-tournament team.

Admission
Admission is free to all fans.

Parking
Parking is available anywhere around Red Dragon Field. The lot near Alumni Field House provides the most space for spectators to park.
