ONEONTA, N.Y. -- The SUNYAC has named senior
Nate Hanna (Baldwinsville, N.Y./C.W. Baker) as this week's Men's Soccer Defensive Athlete of the Week.
Hanna manned the net for SUNY Oneonta's (6-0-1, 1-0-0 SUNYAC) 2-0 week, playing all 180 minutes, finishing with one shutout and nine saves total. In the SUNYAC opener, Hanna kept Buffalo State from scoring with a season-high seven saves, while recording the assist on the game-winning goal in the Red Dragons 2-0 victory. On Wednesday, he saved a pair of shots in Oneonta's 5-1 win over Hartwick College.
The Red Dragons return to action Wednesday for a match at New Paltz at 4 pm.
