Troy, NY - The SUNY Oneonta women's swimming and diving team took a double setback on Sunday against RPI and St. Rose as they out swam Oneonta 174-117 &Â 178-105 respectively.

The women did have a couple noteworthy results as senior
Erin Clune (Kerhonkson/Rondout Valley) took a runner-up spot in the 100 yard backstroke with a recorded time of 101:25 less than a second behind the RPI front-runner with a slim margin ahead of the St. Rose third place swimmer.   In the 500 yard freestyle sophomore
Sophia Olson (Scotia/Scotia Glenville) tallied the second  runner-up finish on the day for Oneonta with a time of 5:58.25 with St. Rose recording the win in that heat.

The Red Dragon women will get back in the pool on Saturday, November 13th at 1 PM against city rival Hartwick College on the campus of the Hawks.
