Red Dragons Continue Action at Second Day of SUNYAC Championships

BUFFALO, N.Y. - After two days of the SUNYAC Swimming & Diving Championships, the Oneonta women's swim & dive teams stand fourth out of nine teams with 158 points. Cortland is first with 376 points.

In the 200-yard IM, freshman Sydney Richards (Rochester, NY/Ruben A. Cirillo) finished 13th in the finals with a personal best of 2:20.52. Senior Alli LaBarbera (Lynbrook, NY/Lynbrook) swam a personal record of 25.56 to take eighth in the 50-yard freestyle finals.

The Red Dragons relay of Mary Bush (Binghamton, NY/Chenango Valley), Alaska Lilliock (Malone, NY/Franklin Academy), Richards, and LaBarbera took fourth in the 200-yard freestyle relay at 1:43.08

Senior Macayla Hodkinson (Bethpage, NY/Bethpage) finished fourth in the one-meter dive, scoring 366.00 points. Senior Maddy Boyar (Mahopac, NY/John F. Kennedy Prep) took seventh at 273.95 points.

Oneonta continues the third day of the SUNYAC Championships on Friday, February 20, at 10 a.m.
