The SUNYAC has announced that five former SUNY Oneonta women's soccer players were selected to the conference's All-Decade Team. The team, which includes only 33 players who competed during the past decade, was selected by the SUNYAC Sports Information Directors.

Oneonta's five selections included Kayla Brantmeyer '13, Dana '12 and Karly DeSimone '14, Krystal Scott '15 and recent graduate Seaver Lipshie '20. Brantmeyer, the DeSimone sisters and Scott got to play together on the 2011 squad. Brantmeyer and the DeSimones won a SUNYAC title together in 2010 advancing to the round of 16 in the NCAA tournament. Scott and Karly DeSimone won a conference championship in 2013 and won an NCAA tournament game.

Karly DeSimone bookended her career with the SUNYAC Rookie of the Year in 2010 and the SUNYAC Player of the Year honor in 2013. She was a four-time SUNYAC All-Conference selection including three times as a First Team player. She was named to the SUNYAC All-Tournament Team three times and was the Most Valuable Player in 2013.

In 2013, DeSimone was selected as the ECAC Upstate New York Offensive Player of the Year. She was also included twice on the ECAC Upstate All-Star Team and was twice named as an All-Region performer.

DeSimone started 80 of 82 career games scoring 22 goals and adding 13 assists for 57 points. Eight of her goals were game-winners.

Brantmeyer was selected as the SUNYAC Rookie of the Year at the end of the 2009 season and, in 2012, she earned the honor of being selected as the SUNYAC Player of the Year.

In her first season with the Red Dragons, Brantmeyer started all 19 games and posted five goals including a pair of game-winners. Over the next three years, she continued to excel on the pitch earning SUNYAC All-Conference honors including twice being named to the First Team. Brantmeyer was selected in both 2009 and 2012 to the NSCAA All-Region Team.

Brantmeyer started 70 of 76 career games scoring 20 goals and adding seven assists for 47 points. Six of her goals were game-winners.

Dana DeSimone started all 84 career games from 2008-11. She accumulated 57 points on 26 goals and five assists while posting 11 game-winning goals. She was a three-time SUNYAC All-Conference selection including being a First Team performer twice. She was a Second Team All-Region selection in 2010.

Krystal Scott was a standout defender from 2011-14 starting 61 of 65 career games. In her career, she contributed one goal and four assists while leading a defensive unit that recorded 25 shutouts.

At the conclusion of the 2012 season, Scott was selected as the SUNYAC and ECAC Upstate New York Rookie of the Year. She also earned the first of two straight NSCAA All-Region honors. During her career, Scott was twice selected to the SUNYAC All-Conference Team.Â

Lipshie was a starting midfielder during her career that ran from 2016-19. She started 60 of 63 career games scoring seven goals and adding 12 assists for 26 points. Lipshie was a three-time SUNYAC All-Conference performer including twice being a First Team player. At the conclusion of the 2017 season, Lipshie earned Third Team All-Region honors from the NSCAA.
