Oneonta, NY. The SUNY Oneonta Field Hockey team took a mid-week matchup from the Wells College Express, 9-0. In the game junior

Cali Cortese (Yorktown Heights/Lakeland) each had multiple goals. The Red Dragons improved to 3-2, and the Express fell to 0-6.
The Red Dragons opened scoring early with junior
Carissa Warren (Harpursville/Harpursville) finding the back of the cage 1:05 into the match. The Red Dragons next goal came in the 21
st minute when Cortese scored her first goal of the game to give the Red Dragons a 2-0 advantage. The Red Dragons pushed five more goals across the line to take a generous 7-0 into the half.
The Red Dragons defense posted its 2
nd shutout of the season and sophomore
Danell Jones (Whitney Point/Whitney Point) earned her second win of the season to level off at 2-2.
For the Express, freshman goalkeeper Allison Soloman had a game high 16 saves.
