Today's win for the SUNY Oneonta field hockey team against Oswego was all about senior
Andrea Day (Greene/Greene), as she scored three goals in leading the Red Dragons to a comfortable 5-2 win. In the game, Day had the game-winning goal and eclipsed 100 career points at Oneonta, becoming only the seventh player in its nearly 50-year history to do so. After today's game, Day has 102 career points on 44 goals and 14 assists.
Â

th minute. She was able to collect a rebound off a save of a shot by Day and pushed the ball to the back of the goal.
Â
Five minutes later, Day collected her first of the game and sixth of the season when she stick-handled through the defense to break in all alone before chipping a reverse stick shot past the goalie.
Â
Oswego (2-6/0-3 SUNYAC) pulled to within a goal in the 28
th minute on a goal by Rachel Johnson, as she was able to redirect a shot by Abigail Leahey into the goal.
Â
