The visiting SUNY Oneonta Red Dragons Men's Swimming & Diving team came out on the short end of a 175-113 score v The Hartwick Hawks at the Sally Griffiths Herbert Aquatic Center on Saturday afternoon.

Colton Roe (Middletown/Pine Bush) found a win coming in first in the Men's 100 Yard Backstroke. The time of 53.33 was good enough for the victory when he touched in less than two seconds ahead of his Hartwick Hawk rival.
In the Men's 100 Yard Breastroke Freshman
Zeke Brynin (Pleasantville/Pleasantville) was triumphant with a time of 1:02.13 that was almost a full second ahead of the Hartwick College runner-up. Brynin later on in the Men's 200 Yard Breaststroke came in first with a very impressive time of 2:14.00. That time was more than seven seconds ahead of the second place finisher from Hartwick.
In the diving competition SUNY Oneonta were winners in the One Meter Dive when Freshmen
Ethan Kurth (Earlville/Sherburne) and
Anthony Albro (Bohemia/Connetquot) finished first and second with scores of 219.80 and 125.35 respectfully earning 13 points for The Red Dragons. Kurth and Albro repeated their successes with scores of 189.55 and 97.55 taking first and second again in the Men's Three Meter Dive for the final win of the afternoon for the Red Dragons. On the afternoon these two freshman earned between the two of them 26 points for their team.
The Men's Swimming and Diving Team will head to Lancaster, PA next weekend. There they will compete in the Franklin and Marshall Invitational beginning on Friday, November 21st at 6 PM.
