Box Score The SUNY Oneonta women's tennis team played its final match of 2012-13 yesterday at home and came away with a 6-3 victory against visiting Union College.  The Red Dragons finished the year with an overall record of 12-11.

Playing in her final collegiate match for Oneonta was senior Danielle Browarski (Colonie/Colonie), who will leave as one of the top players in the program's 40-year history.  She was the only four-year All-Conference player for women's tennis while recording a better than .600 winning percentage in both singles and doubles play in her career.

With wins yesterday at first singles and doubles, Browarski completed a 41-26 record in singles and a 39-19 record in doubles.  Her combined record for her career is 80-45 for a combined winning percentage of .640.

In yesterday's match, Oneonta won two of the three doubles matches, with the only loss coming by default due to an injury to junior Collette Lankowicz.

In singles play, Oneonta won at first, second, fifth and sixth for the final score of 6-3.  Browarski won in straight sets at first singles, 6-2, 6-2.  Sophomore Brynn Sussman (Highland Mills/Monroe-Woodbury) won in straight sets at second singles, 6-2, 6-4.  Freshmen Riane Reithel (Penfield/Webster Schroeder) and Kelly Gochan (Lake Grove/Sachem North) won at fifth and sixth singles respectively.  Reithel won in a third set, super tiebreaker while Gochan won in straight sets.
