Box Score The SUNY Oneonta men's tennis team surrendered only 15 games en route to a 9-0 shutout of visiting Oswego this afternoon at the Dr. Joe Heissan '63 Tennis Courts.  The Red Dragons bounced back in a big way from its loss at Colby College this past Saturday, as they recorded its fifth win of the 2012-13 year.

Oneonta opened the match with a sweep of doubles play.  Junior Michael Kennelly and sophomore Mackenzie Park won at first doubles, 8-0, against Brian Tosti and Ben Weiss.  Junior Benjamin Leighton and freshman Daniel Kaminsky won at second doubles, 8-1, against Tim Van Hine, Jr. and Dillon Corbett.  Senior Adam Slifkin and freshman Trevor Mitchel won at third doubles, 8-3, against Connor Rhodes and Sam Carges.

Kennelly, Park, Slifkin and Kaminsky came back to record wins in singles play.  Sophomore Jordan Reiley and junior Ryohei Nakamura won at fifth and sixth singles in straight sets.

Oneonta is scheduled to play at home tomorrow against Union College beginning at 4pm.  Tomorrow's match is the rescheduled match from last Wednesday due to inclement weather.
