Men's swimming and diving falls to Hartwick

The SUNY Oneonta men's swimming and diving team fell to their crosstown rival Hartwick College this afternoon 179.5-118.5. The loss moves the Red Dragons' overall record to 3-1 in dual meet action.

Double event winners today were senior Jermaine Miller in the diving events and junior Colton Roe in the backstroke.

Miller continues to dominate the diving events as he took both the 1 and 3 meter boards. He scored 251.80 and 277.30, resepectively.

Roe touched the wall first in the 100 and 200 yard backstroke events. He finished the 100 in a time of 52.64 and the 200 in a time of 1:55.69.

Sophomore Joseph Galan also brought home a victory as he won the 200 yard IM in a time of 1:59.81.

The Red Dragons are in action again next weekend as they travel to Potsdam for the North Country Invitational. Friday afternoon, Nov. 22, starts at 4 p.m. and Saturday's events will begin at 10 a.m.
