Box Score The Oneonta State men's tennis team dropped a 6-3 dual match at home yesterday afternoon versus visiting RIT 6-3.  With the loss, the men fall to 10-5 overall on the year while the victory moves the Tigers to 5-7 overall.

Oneonta trailed the match coming out of doubles 2-1.  The Red Dragons earned its point at third doubles as the senior duo of Joey Milstein and Adam Slifkin came back from a service break down to defeat Jake Stocker and Frank McGinn 8-6.

In singles, Oneonta scored only two points with wins at first and fifth singles.  Joshua Slifkin battled through some cramping to win in a third set, super tie break, 4-6, 7-5, 10-5 to earn the victory at fifth singles.

Freshman David Goldberg won in straight sets (6-2, 6-2) to take the points at first singles over Clayton Tontarski.

The men will be in action again tomorrow afternoon when they host Wheaton (MA) College at 1pm.
