The Oneonta State women's tennis team improved to 4-1 this season with a 9-0 decision over visiting Elmira College on Monday afternoon. Led by an 8-0 score from the #3 doubles combination of Christina Wlodarczyk (Avoca/Avoca Central) (Avoca/Avoca Central) and Brandyn McDermott (Canastota/Chittanango) (Canastota/Chittenango), the Red Dragons swept all three doubles matches.

In singles play, Oneonta State did not lose a set, and were led by co-captain Lauren Skolnick (Sayville/Sayville)'s (Sayville/Sayville) 6-0, 6-0 win at #3 singles.

The Red Dragons next play at SUNY Brockport on September 16, 2011.
