ONEONTA, N.Y.—The SUNY Oneonta women's tennis team rebounded from its 8-1 loss at Wheaton (MA) College yesterday by sweeping an undersized squad in Oswego this afternoon 9-0. The women are now 6-4 in dual matches this year.
Oneonta won in straight sets in 1-4 singles while earning forfeits at No. 5 & 6 singles. Oneonta won at first and second doubles and took a forfeit at third doubles from the Lakers for the final margin of victory.

Lauren Skolnick (Sayville/Sayville), who was leading 5-2 in the first set before her opponent retired to end the match. Skolnick partnered with senior
Ashley Sears (Poughkeepsie/Arlington) to earn an 8-2 win at second doubles in today's match.

Elizabeth Flamman (Setauket/Ward Melville) and rookie
Emily Maggiore (Binghamton/Binghamton) earned Oneonta's wins at first through fourth singles respectively today.
The women will play its final dual match of the year this Tuesday when they travel to Rensselaer.
