Box Score      Freshman Julianne Woods (Wallingford, PA/Strath Haven) finished with 35 assists, 11 digs and three serving aces to lead Scranton to a 3-1 victory over SUNY Oneonta on Tuesday night at Oneonta's Dewar Arena.
     Oneonta (5-9) took the early, leading the first match of the night, never trailing en route to a 25-14 win. Scranton (5-6) would turn the tables from there winning the next match 25-21 before taking the third and fourth matches by identical 25-23 scores to take the win.
     Freshman Brittany Calvello (Gloversville/Broadalbin-Perth) finished with 21 digs, 23 assists and five kills to lead the Red Dragons while senior Christine LaGuardia (Wappingers Falls/Arlington) finished with 23 digs and six kills and sophomore Jessica Zerega (New City/Clarkstown) added 24 digs and eight serving aces.
     Oneonta will now prepare for the first weekend of SUNYAC East Pool Play, which begins on Friday at Oneonta. The Red Dragons will play Potsdam on Friday at 3:00 p.m. and Cortland on Friday at 5:00 p.m. before taking on New Paltz on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and Plattsburgh on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
