    Today the Red Dragons of SUNY Oneonta and the Hartwick Hawks completed a women's tennis match that had been previously suspended due to inclement weather. When the match was suspended, the Red Dragons held a slight 2-1 edge at the completion of the doubles, with all six of the singles matches still to be played. When play resumed today, Oneonta quickly captured their 3rd point of the match with a win at #6 singles by freshmen Dana Denenberg (Corlandt Manor/Hendrick Hudson), by a final score of 6-1, 6-1.
    Oneonta's Jen Kraham (East Northport/Commack) at #1 singles and Danielle Browarski (Colonie/Colonie) at #4 singles, followed with wins shortly after giving the Red Dragons the five points needed to win the overall match.
    For Oneonta, Liz Flamman (Setauket/Ward Melville) at #3 singles and senior Katie Wlodarczyk (Avoca/Avoca Central) at #5 singles, captured the final points, leading the Red Dragons to an overall 7-2 win.
    Hartwicks Jen Lin, #2 singles, played a stell match, defeating Emily Shannon (East Northport/Northport) 6-2, 6-0.
    The Red Dragons completed their fall dual-match schedule with an overall record of 6-4, and will next play in the SUNYAC Tennis Championship beginning Friday, October 9. The SUNYAC Tennis Championship are held at Eastside Racket Club in Manlius, NY.
