ONEONTA, N.Y. -- Oneonta men's soccer graduate student Iyare Harris (Kingston, NY/Kingston) was named the SUNYAC Men's Soccer Offensive Athlete of the Week for the week of October 5-11, as announced by the conference Tuesday afternoon. Harris finished the week with two goals and two assists for six points and helped Oneonta go 2-0 in SUNYAC play.  

He started the week off recording an assist in Oneonta's 4-1 victory over Potsdam. The graduate student striker then led the Red Dragons with two goals, including the game-winner, and an assist in the team's 3-1 win against Fredonia. Harris is currently tied for second in the SUNYAC with five assists and tied for fifth with 13 points.  

The No. 24 nationally ranked Red Dragons (9-0-2) are back home for their next match on Wednesday, October 14, when they host Cobleskill in a conference match at 4 pm at Red Dragon Field.
