Slater Tabbed SUNYAC Men's Field Athlete of the Week

ONEONTA, N.Y. - Following a solid performance at the Cornell Southern Tier Invite, Oneonta men's track & field junior Isaiah Slater (Brooklyn, NY/John F. Kennedy) is the SUNYAC Men's Field Athlete of the Week for January 12.

Slater won the long jump at the Cornell Southern Tier Invite with a leap of 7.14 meters. It is the second time this season that he won the event. He currently ranks sixth in Division III at 7.22 meters, a mark he set at the Utica Holiday Classic.

Oneonta next competes at the Ithaca Quad Meet on Saturday, January 10.
