VIRGINIA BEACH, VA - Oneonta women's track & field senior Ejim Nnate (Port Jefferson Station, NY/Comsewogue) posted a new school record in the 60-meter hurdle on Friday afternoon to advance to the finals at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Virginia Beach Sports Center.
Nnate ran an 8.64 to break her own school record in the first heat of the event. The senior placed seventh overall in the prelims and races in the finals on Saturday at 3 p.m.
Also competing on Saturday is senior Isabella Fabrizio (Highland Mills, NY/Cornwall). She throws in the shot put at 2:30 p.m.
