ONEONTA, N.Y. - After helping the Red Dragons to a 3-0 week, Oneonta men's basketball senior Xavier Hill (Johnson City, NY/Johnson City) is the SUNYAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week for Nov. 18. He averaged 24.7 points, 12.7 rebounds, and 2.3 assists on .610 percent shooting.

In the 100-87 win over Hartwick, Hill broke the Oneonta singe-game record with 43 points. He shot 15-for-24 (.625 percent) and was 5-for-7 (.714 percent) for threes. He added 18 rebounds, seven of which were offensive boards.

In the 80-51 win over Elmira in the Michael A. Freilich Memorial Tip-Off Tournament, Hill added ten points, eight rebounds, and a steal. Then, in the 86-81 victory against Westfield State in Sunday's championship game, he recorded a double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds. Hill shot .600 percent from the field and had a season-high four assists.

Oneonta next hosts No. 25 Williams on Wed. Nov. 20 at 7 p.m.
