DELHI, N.Y. -- The SUNY Oneonta men's tennis team opened their New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) play defeating Rutgers-Camden, 9-0, Friday afternoon. The Red Dragons improved to 4-7 overall, winning three of their last four, and 1-0 in the NJAC while the Scarlet Raptors fell to 0-4 on the season and 0-1 in the conference.  
In the doubles matches, Oneonta had a pair of 8-0 victories. On the No. 1 court, senior 
Mason Spottek (Binghamton/Susquehanna Valley) and sophomore 
William Schmid (Yonkers/Salesian HS) shut out Edward McWilliams Jr. and Sean Boen, while junior 
Yonathan Glattman (Hewlett/Hewlett) teamed up with freshman 
Nathaniel Inzerrilo (Center Moriches/Center Moriches) on the No. 3 court and blanked Hani Qureshi and Matthew Tepfer. Sophomore 
Noah Khair (New Delhi, INDIA/National Institute of Open Schooling) and junior 
Joshua Mann (East Greenbush/Columbia) defeated Jojo Nguyen and Chris Abacan, 8-2, on the No. 2 court.  
Schmid and Khair each walked out with 6-0, 6-0 double bagel wins in singles play. Schmid defeated Nguyen on the No. 2 court and Khair beat Abacan on the No. 3 court.  
Spottek and Mann both had 6-1, 6-0 set victories in their respected singles match. Spottek was on the No. 1 court where he defeated McWilliams Jr., and Mann beat Qureshi on the No. 4 court.
Inzerrilo and Greenberg concluded the match recording their first collegiate singles victories. Inzerrilo defeated Boen on the No. 5 court 6-1, 6-1, while Greenberg took his match over Tepfer on the No. 6 court, 6-2, 6-2.  
The Red Dragons continue conference play tomorrow with a match against the College of New Jersey at the TriCity Albany Indoor Tennis Center at 8:45 pm.
