Box Score BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- The SUNY Oneonta women's tennis team wrapped up the SUNYAC regular season at the Binghamton Tennis Center falling to Geneseo, 7-2, Saturday afternoon. The Red Dragons secured the four seed in the SUNYAC tournament this spring as they finished 4-3 in the conference and sit at 6-5 on the season. The Knights improved to 7-2 overall and finished 5-2 in the SUNYAC.

Haley Peck (West Point, N.Y./James I. O'Neil) and
Hailey O'Connor (Mastic Beach, N.Y./William Floyd) defeated Talia Wutz and Abigail Rockwood on the No. 3 court, 8-3. In singles play, senior
Sophia Schutte (Great Neck, N.Y./Great Neck) was the lone Red Dragon to win her match. On the No. 2 court, Schutte won in straight sets over Rory Tobin. She won the first set in a tiebreak, 7-6 (7-5), then took the second set, 6-2. O'Connor went into a third set tie break on the No. 6 court against Katie Kujawa. O'Connor recorded a 6-2 win in the first set, but Kujawa secured the second and third sets, 6-1, 10-4.
Oneonta returns to action Wednesday for a road match against Utica at 4 pm.
