ITHACA, N.Y. - The Oneonta women's track & field team participated in the Ithaca Quad meet on Saturday, placing fourth out of the four teams. The Red Dragons had 15 competitors finish in the top ten of their respective events.

In the 60-meter race, junior Ejim Nnate (Port Jefferson Station, NY/Comsewogue) took 11th overall at 8.31, while sophomore Danielle Jackson (Bronx, NY/Central Park East) was 12th at 8.33. Nnate qualified for the 60-meter finals after running a 9.18 for third in the prelims. She went on to finish fourth overall with a time of 9.29. 

Junior Olivia O'Donnell (Oneonta, NY/Oneonta) crossed the line with a personal record of 5:44.5 in the mile to finish seventh overall. First-year Eva Woodworth () placed tenth with a 5:54.74. Junior Sierra Basco (Albany, NY/Shaker) took sixth in the 800-meter race and ran a 2:43.76.

Junior Taylor Johnson (White Plains, NY/White Plains) placed 21st in the 200-meter at 29.08, while first-year Margaret Petty was 22nd at 29.15.

Sophomore Sabrinna Mena (Holtsville, NY/Sachem East) led Oneonta with an eighth-place finish in the 3,000-meter with a time of 12:27.70. Junior Aubrey Soller (Monticello, NY/Monticello) took ninth at 13:23.50, and freshman Tarryn Herman (Franklinville, NY/Franklinville) crossed tenth at 13:41.40. Sophomore Shea Schleicher (Spencerport, NY/Spencerport) was 11th at 13:59.80. 

Junior Isabella Fabrizio (Highland Mills, NY/Cornwall) threw a personal best of 13.79 meters in the weight throw, which was good for second place. She went on to win the shot put with a mark of 12.85 meters. Senior Hannah Jackson (Poughquag, NY/Arlington) earned a third-place finish in the weight throw with a throw of 13.59 meters. Freshman Gabi Ragozzine (Oneonta, NY/Oneonta) recorded a personal best of 12.88 meters for seventh overall, and senior Christina Groleau (Staten Island/Susan E. Wagner) placed eighth after hitting 12.67 meters.

Junior Emelene Burek () was third in the shot put after throwing 11.85 meters, and junior Teghan Garris (Dryden, NY/Dryden) was sixth at 11.12 meters. Senior Kate Bellman (Pompton Plains, NJ/Pequannock Township) took ninth with a mark of 10.48 meters.

Oneonta returns to action on Sat. Jan. 28 for the Utica Blue & Orange Invitational.
