The SUNY Oneonta women's lacrosse team defeated Plattsburgh 20-7 in SUNYAC action Saturday afternoon at Field House Lacrosse Complex. The win lifts Oneonta's record to 4-2 on the year while the Cardinals remain winless at 0-4.

Oneonta opened the game with three unanswered goals in the first 6:20.
Megan Foiles (Pearl River/Pearl River) put the Red Dragons on the board with an unassisted goal at the 2:15 mark.
Christen Patalano (Mineola/Kellenberg Memorial) followed with a goal on an assist from
Lily Avazis (Port Washington/Schreiber). Patalano earned her second point of the game when she fed
Rachel Morris (East Greenbush/Columbia) to make it 3-0. After Plattsburgh tallied a free position goal,
Megan Foiles (Pearl River/Pearl River) and
Kelly McCloe (Endicott/Union-Endicott) scored to give the Red Dragons a 5-1 advantage. The Cardinals made it 5-2 on a Kelly Kallanmi goal on an assist from Carolina Noia, but their excitement was short-lived as
Rachel Morris (East Greenbush/Columbia) took the ensuing draw control down the field in 12 seconds to score her second of the game.
Megan Foiles (Pearl River/Pearl River) completed her hat-trick when she netted a man-down goal to put the Red Dragons in front 7-2. With 18:10 remaining in the first half,
Kelly McCloe (Endicott/Union-Endicott) scored what proved to be the game winner on a pass from
Deirdre Buckley (Merrick/Kellenberg Memorial).

Megan Foiles (Pearl River/Pearl River) paced Oneonta with five points, scoring four goals while dishing out one assist.
Rachel Morris (East Greenbush/Columbia),

Tessa Hughes (Delmar/Bethlehem Central) netted three goals apiece.
Kelly McCloe (Endicott/Union-Endicott) chipped in with a pair of goals while
