The SUNY Oneonta wrestling team defeated King's College 42-6 in non-league action Wednesday evening. The win improved the Red Dragons record to 9-4 on the season.

Leading 6-0 after a forfeit in the 125-pound bout,
Andrew DeSousa (Smithtown/Smithtown West) increased the Oneonta lead to 12-0 with a pin of Dakota Quick in 2:45.
Ahken Chu (Patterson/Carmel) followed with a 15-0 technical fall over James Maloy in the 141-pound bout to give the Red Dragons a 17-0 advantage. In the 149-pound bout,
Tyler Brazinski (Johnson City/Johnson City) pinned his opponent in 4:09 to give Oneonta a commanding 23-0 lead.
Eric Brach (Bellmore/Bellmore/JFK) kept the Red Dragons rolling a 9-2 decision over Colby Spencer, upping the Oneonta lead to 26-0.
After King's captured back-to-back decisions in the 165 and 174-pound bouts,
Steven Bilali (Eastchester/Eastchester) got Oneonta back on track with a pin of Joseph Davis in 1:58 to make the score 32-6. Freshman
Jhordyn Innocent (Spring Valley/Ramapo) followed with a pin in the 197-pound bout to make it 38-6 before
Jacob Pine (Hoosick Falls/Hoosick Falls) wrapped up the match with a 10-1 major decision at the heavyweight.
