ONEONTA, N.Y. -- The Oneonta wrestling team is hosting spring clinics every Tuesday and Thursday from March 24 to April 23, along with a Red Dragon Wrestling Festival which includes a developmental clinic and opening wrestling tournament on March 28. The clinics will focus on drills, fundamentals, match strategy, training, technique, and live wrestling. Current athletes of Oneonta wrestling will serve as volunteer coaches and guest clinicians along with Red Dragon alumni.

Spring Clinic Series 
When: Tuesday's and Thursday's from March 24 to April 23  
Where: SUNY Oneonta, Chase PED Building Wrestling Room  
Ages: Elementary School Division is from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm 
Middle and High School Division is from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm  
Cost: $50 
*Late additions will be able to make up missed sessions at the end of the clinic 

Red Dragon Wrestling Festival 
When: Saturday, March 28 
Where: SUNY Oneonta, Chase Gymnasium 
Time: Developmental Clinic (free of charge) starts at 9 am. First round of competition begins at 10 am. *Weign in Times are either 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Friday, March 27, or 8:00-8:30 am on Saturday, March 28. Both are at the Chase Gymnasium wrestling locker room.  
Ages: All ages 
Cost: $25
