Lily Avazis (Port Washington/Schreiber) put the Red Dragons on the board at 27:15 mark of the first period with her seventh goal of the season.
Victoria Varone (Commack/Commack) had Oneonta's second maker of the game 12:40 into the second half on a feed from
Sophia Calabrese (Bethlehem/Bethlehem Central). Varone found the back of the net again with 2:24 remaining in regulation.
Francesca Lawless (Massapequa/Massapequa),
Emma Cremo (Delmar/Bethlehem Central) and
Victoria Varone (Commack/Commack) had two caused turnover apiece while
Kelsey Cohen (Baldwin/Baldwin) led the way with five shots.
Jaclyn Marry (Long Beach/Long Beach) made 12 saves in net for Oneonta.
