Box Score The SUNY Oneonta field hockey team came out on the short end of a 1-0 game today against city-rival Hartwick College.  Despite outshooting the Hawks 20-5 in the contest, Oneonta couldn't slide one past Hawks' goalie Shannon Carter, who made eight saves.

The lone goal in the game came off the stick of Courtney Coons midway through the second half, and it would be all that Hartwick needed. The Hartwick defense bent but did not break as they would hold the Red Dragons off.

The Red Dragons next game is this Saturday at 1:00pm versus William Smith in Geneva, NY.
