The SUNY Oneonta wrestling team competed today at the North/South Duals hosted by Ursinus College.  The Red Dragons had a rough go of it, as they dropped all four of its matches on the day.  The lone highlight for Oneonta was senior Shaun Gillen (Bohemia/Connetquot) becoming the seventh wrestler in the history of the program to reach 100 career wins.  Gillen went 2-2 on the day and recorded his milestone victory in his third match of the day.  He recorded a 4-0 decision against Cory Markovitch of Ursinus, which ended up being the only win in the team match for Oneonta.

Senior Evan Wallace (East Greenbush/Columbia) led oneonta with a 3-1 record on the day at the 165 lb class. He pinned Luk Yox of McDaniel in 2 minutes and 10 seconds while capturing a 13-7 decision againstBenjamin Schweiger of Delaware Valley.  His final win today came on a forfeit against Elizabethtown.

The Red Dragons are back in action Saturday, January 16^th  at 10am, as they compete in the ECWC Championships at RIT.
