The SUNY Oneonta women's volleyball team came away with a 3-0 victory on Tuesday night against Scranton. The match scores were 25-21, 25-22, 25-18.

Senior Jill Darpino (Endicott/Union Endicott) led the Red Dragons with 10 kills against the Royals. Junior Paige Carpluk (Yaphank/Bellport) added eight kills and classmate Erika Corbin (Kirkwood/Windsor) added another seven kills. Junior Jessica Pelaccio (Verplanck/Hendrick Hudson) had a team high 20 assists, and Karly Greco (East Patchogue/Bellport) added another 12 assists.

Senior Kristen Polan (Westhampton/Westhampton Beach) led the Red Dragons with eight blocks to raise her season total to 47 blocks on the year. Senior Allyson Coniglione (Glenville/Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake) had 15 digs and Carpluk added another 10 digs for the Red Dragons.

The Red Dragons look to continue solid play as they take on Union College at home in the Dewar Arena on Tuesday, October 6^th.
