The SUNY Oneonta women's volleyball team traveled to Long Island this weekend to participate in the St. Joseph's College Invitational and came home with three wins. Oneonta is now 16-9 overall with less than three weeks remaining in the regular season.
On Friday, the Red Dragons took care of both CCNY and Ramapo in three sets. CCNY was actually late for the match with Oneonta and had to forfeit the first set.

Brittany Calvello (Gloversville/Broadalbin-Perth) had 24 assists and 10 digs to lead the team. Junior

Yesterday, Oneonta swept York College of New York in three sets before falling to WPI in four sets. Everyone played in the York match, which was the first time all season that Coach Cashman was able to get all 18 players in the match.

Oneonta will be at Ithaca College on Tuesday night beginning at 6pm. The match will be a final tune up prior to the last SUNYAC East pool play at New Paltz next weekend. Oneonta needs to win three of four matches to have a chance to qualify for the conference tournament.
