Including last spring, Weinert is a two-time All-American in the sport of track & field. He holds both the school record and the SUNYAC record in both the weight and hammer throw. Last spring he finished fifth in the hammer at the NCAA outdoor championships to earn his first All-American honor. This past indoor season he finished second in the weight throw to earn his first indoor and second overall All-American honor.
