Pollock enters her sixth season at the helm of the SUNY Oneonta women’s lacrosse program. Since taking over the program in 2012, she has led the Red Dragons to a program best 12 wins twice (2012, 2014) and SUNYAC Tournament appearances the last four consecutive seasons (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016). The Red Dragons have had 16 All-Conference players, 10 All-Region, and a pair of IWLCA National All-Americans under Pollock’s tutelage. Pollock also was named the 2012 Synapse Sports Division III Coach of the Year.
In 2013, Pollock led the program to its first SUNYAC Tournament appearance since 2009 following a 9-9 campaign. The Watervliet, N.Y. native was tabbed as the interim coach in August of 2011 after serving as the team’s top assistant the previous season.
Pollock was a four-year starter for the Division I Monmouth Hawks where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in health studies. She finished her career seventh in assists (60) and ninth in total points (160). As a rookie, she helped her team to a 15-5 record and a Northeast Conference Title. As a senior captain, she led the Hawks with 35 goals, 13 assists, for a team-high 48 points. The three-time All-Northeast Conference selection led her team in assists each year from 2008-2010. Pollock helped her team to a 44-30 record in her tenure at Monmouth, including a 26-7 NEC record and four appearances in the conference tournament.
Pollock attended Shaker High School and played field hockey and lacrosse. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her parents, three older siblings and nine nieces and nephews.
