Athletic Highlights
2015: Konstantina competed in three meets this fall and posted a personal best 6K time of 28:49.7 at the Plattsburgh Cross Country Invitational. She also recorded a personal best 4.5K distance time of 20:14.5 at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational.
2016: Konstantina competed in five meets this fall and posted a season best 6K time of 29:13.7 at the Rowan University Border Battle.
