Athletic Highlights
2013: Rachael ran in five meets this fall and posted a season best 6K time of 23:40 at the SUNYAC championship hosted by Oneonta.
2014: Rachael competed in six meets this fall and posted a season best 6K time of 22:36.2 at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships.
2015: Rachael competed in eight meets this fall and ran a season best 6K time of 22:08 at the NCAA Championships where she finished 69th overall.
2016: Rachael competed in eight meets this fall and posted a school record and personal best 6K time of 21:09.8 when she was the top finisher for Oneonta at the NCAA Championships
