Athletic Highlights
2015: First Year with the Cross Country Program; Ryan competed in six meets this fall and posted a personal best 8K time of 26:59 at the Connecticut College Invitational and a personal best 6K time of 20:31.5 at the SUNY Oneonta Airfield Invitational.
2016: Ryan competed in all eight meets this fall and posted a personal best 8K time of 25:32.9 at the Paul Short Invitational at Lehigh. Ryan was one of the seven competitors for Oneonta at the NCAA Championships and placed 248th with an 8K time of 26:39.7.
2017: Ryan competed in six meets this fall and posted a personal best 8K time of 26:19.1 at the Geneseo 37th Mike Woods Invitational. 
2018: Ryan competed in eight meets this fall and posted a personal best 8K time of 26.41.7 at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle.
